By becoming more self aware and programming yourself with higher consciousness.
The conscious path is not easy, it is however the right thing to do, with time as you release yourself from the chains of mental slavery to these world views, you will embrace purpose, develop spiritual strength and maturity.
You will no longer be a slave of your lower natures.
